last kitchen class for tis term..huhu~~ sad..
last class is always the most fun class..
v get to serve real customers!! yay!! lol
so 2day i cut the fish for the 1st time in my life!! summmore its 2 big fishes!!
didnt take pic of it..didnt wanna get fish smell on my phone =D

v get to cut sea bass n sole....cool rite?? xD
since i 1st time handling such big fishes..i got kinda nervous n i was holding the fish with 2 fingers while cutting it... calvin keep asking me n elaine y are v holding the fish lidat lol
so kelam-kabut while cutting the fish.. me n elaine keep calling for sean's n calvin's help..
afta bout 1 hour of trying..finally finish cutting the fish like the lecturer asked to..
den the lecturer showed us how to prepare the appetizer-tomato salad..

serving customer 2day...get to let ppl taste our delicious cooking =D
anyway we're preparing..
appetizer...tomato salad..
main course..grilled fish wit lemon butter sauce..
dessert..creme caramel..

the waitress just took the salad to the restaurant for less than 5 minutes
den they came bak in wit the kitchen untouched salad..those guest are so wasting food >.<>
anyway our job is almost finished afta cooking main course..
so the lecturer call me decorate the creme caramel..but its not baked by us...
